2010 South Carolina Society
Lee-Jackson Banquet

The South Carolina Society of the Military Order of the Stars and Bars held its 2010 Lee-Jackson Dinner in historic Charleston. The dinner was held in the Shamrock Room of the Carolina Yacht Club at 50 East Bay St.on Saturday January 30, 2010

The festivities included a cocktail reception with cash bar at 6pm with dinner following at 7pm. The speaker for the evening was James Island's Doug Bostic. Compatriot Bostic spole about Robert E. Lee's Confederate service in the Charleston area.

We were very glad that even with the ice and frozen rain that affected much of our state, that most of those who had planned to come, were able to make this event.
